Solo Walks

Private adventures tailored for your dog to explore the world safely and confidently with a trusted guardian. Through positive reinforcement (R+) techniques, we support behavioral growth, especially for dogs facing anxiety or reactivity challenges. These enriching walks focus on your dog’s well-being, featuring a long lead for freedom, ample space to decompress, and plenty of opportunities to sniff, discover, and thrive.

Animal Communication

Positive reinforcement (R+) methodologies provide valuable insights into your dog’s behavior, but sometimes the clearest answers come directly from the source: your dog. Through time-honored techniques of animal communication, we connect with your dog to uncover the root cause of their reactivity, often linked to past trauma. By understanding what’s troubling your dog on a deeper level, we work together to create a personalized plan that fosters healing and helps you and your dog develop healthier, more adaptive coping habits.

Training

Our training program includes recorded video sessions and 1:1 coaching where you join us on walks to immerse yourself in R+ training protocols. You’ll learn to recognize your dog’s behavioral cues, respond effectively, and become a more supportive guardian in the bustling city. This training goes beyond basic skills—it deepens the bond between you and your dog. Together, you’ll learn to listen, observe, and truly connect during walks, experiencing the world through their eyes. By offering positive alternatives to reactivity, you’ll help your dog navigate challenges with confidence and calm, fostering a more harmonious relationship.

Meet Bear Holley

My life’s work has been dedicated to animals—both the human kind and our four-legged companions. With a science-based background in ecosystem management, I bring a deep understanding of the biology and behavior of dogs. Yet, through years of working closely with them, I’ve found that not everything can be explained by science alone. Some questions require a deeper connection, one that taps into the natural instincts we all possess but often overlook.

I’ve honed the art of truly listening—bridging the gap between human and animal communication. Your dog has a voice, and I’m here to hear it, interpret it, and help you understand what they’re trying to tell you. Because when we’re willing to listen, the conversation begins.
